We're growing
Help us build KalHope
We're putting Ethiopian technology on the global map — one meaningful product, and one hire, at a time.
Why join us
Building from Ethiopia, for the world
We're a small team shipping a full platform — portfolios, community, devtools, AI — out of Addis Ababa, aimed at a global audience.
Small team, real ownership
No layers of process to wade through. What you build ships, and you'll see the impact directly.
Remote-friendly
Work from where you're most productive. We care about output, not which chair you're in.
Room to grow
Early-stage means undefined edges — you'll pick up scope and responsibility faster than at a larger company.
Benefits
Flexible hours
