KalHope lets you build your own website on kalhope.com, join a community of creators, and earn commission by referring people. You also get a private workspace with everyday tools, messaging, groups, events and giveaways, and the Hope AI assistant. It is built in Addis Ababa.

Every member gets a free address in the form username.kalhope.com, on every plan including Starter. It opens your portfolio directly and is easy to share on a CV, email signature or bio. Find it in Dashboard → Portfolio → Publish, under Use your Subdomain, where you can copy it or open it. It works once your portfolio is published, and it follows your username. It shows your Classic portfolio unless you choose Spatial in Dashboard → Portfolio → Public Page.

Yes, on the Enterprise and Lifetime plans. It works alongside your free kalhope.com subdomain. Open Dashboard → Settings → Custom domain, type your domain, and add the two DNS records shown at the company where you bought it. Then press Check DNS and Activate domain. The HTTPS certificate is issued automatically and can take up to a day. The Help Center has a step-by-step guide.

Yes, on the Enterprise and Lifetime plans. You get one address of your choice, like yourname@kalhope.com, with a mailbox you can open in your browser or add to Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. Open Dashboard → Settings → Business email, pick a name and press Create email. The password is shown only once, so save it. If your Enterprise plan ends, the mailbox is paused and your mail is kept until you renew. Lifetime never expires. The Help Center has a step-by-step guide.

Every user gets a referral link in Dashboard → Referral. When someone opens your link, KalHope remembers it for 365 days. If that person signs up and later buys a paid plan, you earn a commission. Commission starts at 15%, and your own rate is shown in your Referral dashboard. Earnings stay pending until the payment is confirmed. After that you can withdraw them by bank transfer or TeleBirr.

The Storage tool in your private workspace is a file manager for your uploaded files. It is available to all accounts, and you can also connect your own Cloudinary account if you prefer to keep files there.

Your private workspace has a calculator (including loan and compound-interest calculations), recurring alarms with browser notifications, a Kanban task board, a link saver that reads page details from saved URLs, and a file manager. It also has developer tools and live widgets for news, weather, flights, currency, crypto, fuel prices and prayer times. Access to some tools depends on your plan.

KalHope runs on AbayHost, using the LiteSpeed web server and Node.js. We do not publish a speed or uptime guarantee.
